Delivery and Setup Information
We always aim to deliver your equipment before your event start time to ensure everything is set up and ready. Our standard delivery window is between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and collections take place between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
To allow for potential delays or overlapping bookings, we kindly ask you to allow at least 45 minutes of flexibility either side of your agreed drop-off and collection times.
Booking Recommendations
• We recommend scheduling your booking at least one hour before your party is due to start to give ample time for setup.
• For hall or venue bookings, please clearly specify your required delivery and collection times when booking. These bookings take priority due to strict time restrictions.
• If you’d like to keep the equipment beyond 8:00 PM, we offer an extended hire option until 9:00 PM for just £25 extra. Please mention this at the time of booking.
Setup Information
It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the setup location is suitable, safe, and accessible for the equipment booked. Please read the following carefully before your hire date:
Site Requirements
• The setup area must be clear, flat, and free from obstructions, including furniture, sharp objects, overhanging trees, pet waste, stones, and debris.
• The surface must be suitable for inflatables. Grass is preferred as we anchor using metal stakes. If you have artificial grass, decking, concrete, or indoors, please inform us in advance so we can assess suitability and arrange alternative anchoring if possible.
• We reserve the right to decline setup if the ground surface is unsafe or unsuitable for inflatables, even if previously booked. This is for the safety of users.
Access Requirements
• The hirer must ensure clear and direct access to the setup area. Any issues such as tight staircases, narrow pathways, parking restrictions, or lack of drop-off access must be reported at the time of booking.
• Failure to notify us of access limitations may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation without refund.
Timing & Setup
• Please allow a minimum of 30 minutes before your event for our team to deliver and set up, and 30–45 minutes after the event for pack down and collection. Larger packages may require more time!
• We aim to arrive and set up within the agreed time, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or access issues.
Safety and Weather
• We will not operate equipment in unsafe weather, including strong winds, heavy rain, or storm conditions, in line with HSE and PIPA safety guidelines.
• In the event of a weather-related cancellation where the inflatable cannot be safely set up, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Deposit & Payment
• A 10% non-refundable booking fee is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of hire, prior to setup.
• If the equipment is booked and your venue is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the full hire amount will still be chargeable.
Included in Your Hire
• Free setup and delivery within a 1/4-mile radius of Sydenham (charges may apply for areas outside this zone).
• Full equipment inspection and safety briefing upon setup.
• All equipment is cleaned, sanitised, and tested before each hire.
