Booking & Setup Questions
Do you deliver and set up the bouncy castle?
Yes. We provide full delivery, professional setup and collection for all bouncy castle hires across South London, including Croydon, Lewisham and Bromley.
For insurance and safety reasons, customers cannot collect or install inflatables themselves.
How long does setup and collection take?
Setup and collection typically take 15–20 minutes depending on access and location.
Can I hire a bouncy castle overnight?
Overnight hire may be available depending on location and setup conditions. An additional fee applies. Please contact us to discuss availability.
Can I collect the bouncy castle myself?
No. Our insurance requires that our trained team installs and secures every inflatable.

Are your bouncy castles insured?
Yes. We hold £5 million public liability insurance covering all hires.
Are your inflatables safety tested?
Yes. All inflatables are PIPA tested and safety certified.
All electrical equipment used for our bouncy castles is PAT tested.
Is a bouncy castle safe for toddlers?
Yes. We offer toddler-friendly inflatables and soft play options designed specifically for younger children. We will always recommend the most suitable unit for your child’s age group.
What wind speed is unsafe for a bouncy castle?
For safety reasons, inflatables cannot be used in high winds. We follow UK safety guidelines and will cancel or postpone hires if wind speeds exceed safe limits.

Can I have a bouncy castle set up indoors in a hall?
Yes. Most of our inflatables can be installed in halls and indoor venues. Please provide ceiling height and floor space measurements when booking.
How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?
You will need enough space for the inflatable footprint plus additional safety clearance around the sides and rear. Each product listing includes exact dimensions.
Can a bouncy castle go on artificial grass?
Yes, in many cases. We use appropriate anchoring methods depending on the surface. Please let us know the surface type when booking.
Can a bouncy castle be set up on concrete or hard surfaces?
Yes. When setting up on hard surfaces indoors, we use sandbags for secure anchoring instead of ground stakes.
Do I need permission for park hires?
Yes. Most local councils require permission to set up inflatables in public parks. You will need to contact your local council in advance.
Weather & Power
What happens if it rains?
Most inflatables have built-in shower covers suitable for light rain. In cases of heavy rain or severe weather, we may recommend postponing for safety reasons.
Do you provide generators?
We can potentially supply a generator if there is no nearby power source. Please request this at the time of booking.
How much electricity does a bouncy castle use?
Bouncy castles use a standard UK 13amp plug socket. The blower runs continuously while the inflatable is in use.
